JIRA: Don’t start calendar on Sunday

Just in case you have the same problem as me, having JIRA in english, but the Calendar should start on a Monday.

You can change this in your account settings.

Control settings related to your account.
Language & Region
Changes to your language and timezone will be reflected across Jira, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket and directory. Update your language and timezone for other products from your product settings.

A dropdown "Language" set to
"English (UK)"

And a dropdown "Time zone" set to "Europe/Berlin"

Just make sure, that your language is set to English (UK) and not English (US).
